  • Shipping & Delivery

    Our standard shipping charge is applied to all orders. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of being placed with the exception of Bank Holidays.

  • Returns & Replacements

    Please inspect your order for accuracy. Discrepancies must be reported within 3 working days of receipt. All shampoos, conditioners and styling products are non-returnable once opened or 30 days after receipt.

    Keratin treatments have a 90 day manufacture warranty. Unopened treatments can be returned within 15 days of receipt. Treatments can be returned if defective within 90 days of receipt. The bottle must contain 50% or more of the treatment. We will exchange the defective treatment for a new bottle of product. The product will be tested for variations. A final credit may be withheld until testing is completed.

    All hair appliances have a limited 1 year warranty. The appliance must be returned with the original container. The return must include a copy of the sales receipt/invoice. We will exchange the defective item for one of equal or greater value.
